For sealing backsplash to countertops - finally!
This IS translucent, not transparent. Looking for sealant for countertops or bringing two different colors together at a corner? This is what you want. Cant believe big box stores usually do not offer this. It was like a treasure hunt trying to find this stuff. You can not see through this. It is hazy-clear.

BioSeal Caulk
This is the best caulk I have ever used. Really easy to work with and apply. Project came out seamless. I did not even have to tape to create a straight seamless line. I free handed it. This was the first time I have used translucent caulk and I will for sure be using this instead of white for most projects. Good value!

Good stuff!
I would definitely buy again. The product was good quality and “fresh”. Where I live, I cannot get the translucent silicone and often times products have sat on the shelf so long they’re not as fluid as they should be. Very pleased with this silicone!

Fair price and good result.
Fair price. Quality of translucent of the color is what one would expect.

Garbage
Put this in my shower 6 month ago, supposed to be mold and mildew resistant for 7 years. Total bull, my shower is as bad with mold in the joints as it was before I re-caulked it.

True to Advertise
I was thankful that this was truly a translucent product. I had purchased one at a local store that said was translucent, but did not fit my needs. This was perfect for what I needed. Easy to use.

Easy to work with
I used the "clear" caulk in my bathroom to seal the gap between my shower surround and tub, when I re-did the window trim and re-caulked the tub. After removing the old caulk thoroughly, this was very easy to apply, coming out more like a gasket with a doughy surface texture, and after a couple minutes it had adhered to a good grip on the surfaces I applied it to. I only applied it "behind" the surround, so that it would prevent any of the gaps from seeping water; I left the surface areas free from any topical sealant. I don't apply silicone caulk to the visible seams because eventually even the best caulk products get mold behind them, and you can't put new caulk over silicone without a lot of work to thoroughly remove the old product.I let it dry overnight, then came back and tested it, and tested to confirm that it had adhered well. I then applied an acrylic white caulk over the top of it, in the joint between the surface of the surround to the top of the tub, to finish the look.

Translucent sealer
Just milky enough to go with the original sealer the installer used.
