Its easy and better than the local barista! Super easy to clean and maintain too
Its a barista with a chip for a brain. Easy to use, fantastic drink quality, easy to clean, just wonderful. Loving it more with each use. Also easy to adjust the amount of expressor and milk (froth or steamed) on the fly while the drink is being made. Simply delighted, makes better expresso drinks than you know who as well!

Costs a bit more but worth it!
We liked the first one so well we purchased a second one from Amazon. The number of options is amazing! Highly recommend Jura and this particular model.

One flaw in an otherwise great coffee maker
Makes most coffee and milk based drinks easily and consistently. The sweetener function is lacking. The syrup chamber is inefficient mixing with the milk. Barely half of syrup is transferred. Furthermore the chamber is far too small for those with a sweet tooth. (Like me)The manual says to pour the remainder into the cup. Yep, that’s exactly what I want to do. Spend thousands on an automatic machine that requires me to pour the sweetener in myself.

No Support - Expensive Boat Anchor
There is no product support on Jura's website. If you go to their Product Support page and look at the list of supported products, the J8 isn't even on it. Trying to navigate their site just to look for the correct filter is confusing. There are so many filters that who knows what the correct one is. No part numbers on the product page. This is nothing but an expensive boat anchor.

Truly amazing machine
I've used several of these and this one makes outstanding espresso drinks along with coffee. The foam this thing produces is truly amazing. I've yet to see another machine that could produce foam of this type.BUY IT!

Best of the best
I'm extremely satisfied with my new Jura J8 coffee machine. It's the best on the market. Using Lavazza coffee beans, I get a nice flavor, strong aroma, and milk foam that's as steady as whipped cream. I have nothing to complain about and highly recommend this machine. I’m will post some pics soon.

Too soon for something not to be working on a 3,000 coffee machine.
The media could not be loaded. I have to have a new foamer already. I have contacted Jura directly. Will get new milk foamer in next week. Do feel like the return line needs to be extended. As it has taken 10 days to reach Jura for support. Another 10 days to get replacement part. Only for the equipment might work for 2 weeks. This will be past my January 31 return timeline.

Strangely designed
We have one of these (not bought through Amazon). The coffee is good. But there are a couple of weird design choices.1. They will tell you that you can use their app to start your coffee remotely. Sure. But what they don't tell you is that every time the machine turns on, it rinses out the pipes, so if you do the remote start you'll be starting with a mug that has about 1" of water in it already. We keep a mug under the nozzles at all times so that it catches this water. (It also rinses the water lines when it turns off.)2. The design of the water line results in water going into the drip tray after every cup. This is probably water that was in the grinds and the puck, but still you'll empty the drip tray about every 2 days.3. Technically this is a comment about another product, but if you get their milk attachment for making drinks like lattes etc., you'll find that anything more than about 2% milk doesn't go through the apparatus.
