Definitely not! I mean, it’s not silent, but one of the reasons I bought these is because several people said they were the quietest they’d tried, and I agree that it seems very reasonable in loudness. I am VERY happy with these!

I doubt that would happen. I've used mine daily for over a month, and haven't even had to charge them yet
