I had never heard f back rice but was tempted to buy once I saw a blurb on the internet. This will become my favorite rice! God by white rice but AI will continue to also use brown rice. My first dish with black rice was with a very dish, it was really very good. The rice has texture not just mush like white. The benefits are going to make black rice a staple in this household.
