But, after a search of the internet of where I go to fix this problem, I learned that you do not go to the Woll website because it’s all in German and based in Germany so you will never get a response. You go to Freiling US, the distributor of Woll products in the US. Once you reach their sales team, you send them photos of the issue, and they send a whole new pan to you! It was quick, easy, and painless! New pan handle does not wobble at all! 5 stars!————————Love this pan. Love the high edges because it helps prevent spillage, love the non-stick surface, and love the even cook. My ONE issue is the handle. No matter what I do, no matter how many times I tighten it, it still is loose and wiggles from side to side. It still works fine, but it is annoying. And for the price you pay for this, it should be as close to perfect as possible, but it isn't.

This is an expensive pan worth $230. . My sister bought this after much hesitation expecting quality. She has been using it very carefully so as not to scratch it. She has never even used an abrasive sponge on it. Order was placed on 31 March 21, we probably received it about 3 weeks later. So really in use for only a few month. Yet now the much touted "Extremely cut and scratch resistant, ultra hard coating with embedded diamond crystals" is popping. The product description is misleading and the product does not perform to specifications. I want a refund. You can have your pan back.

We have a family of four and I use it for mostly everything I cook for big or small meals. It is definitely a quality pan and food does not stick with little to none oil or butter. It does take a moment to heat but that is expected since it is heavy, big, and distributes the heat evenly. It is super easy to clean. My husband says the nonstick won’t last but I am excited to see how long it does.
