I am happy with this purchase. I stuck a rod in the ground outside my window which sits above my basement, so the cord was long enough to run to my bed with plenty extra cord. I attached the grounding snap to a medical patch also purchased on amazon and tried it on several different body parts. Tried on both shoulders, both palms of hands, stomach and thigh. I could actually feel the energy very well in the palms of my hands, but I do energy work so that's not surprising. I could also feel it run down my arms and legs from the shoulder patch and it seemed to help me sleep better. I used it once during a thunder storm and that was pretty powerful. After a month or so it seemed to keep me awake more, so I stopped using it, but plan to try again soon.Cons- easy to forget at night when you get up to use bathroom and wind up yanking it loose or getting wrapped up in the cord. The patches are painful to remove and can irritate sensitive skin, but that's not this seller/item problem. May cause sleep interruptions or wakefulness.

Perfect for a relative who has no grounding in their home wiring. (Old farm house.) I raised a window, sent the wires through, lowered the window, hammered the rod in the ground, and plugged in the grounding mats in just a few minutes. Works great.

This worked for exactly 2 days. I liked it so I had ordered a second one for my husband. It hasn't arrived yet but who knows how long it will last. This one is going back.

This does not work . Definitely does not ground. Don’t waste your money.

I can just recommend grounding for your body to everyone this change my life. I ordered also the grounding sheet for my bed. I feel so much better on the morning after my sleep and I have so much more power. I recommend also to buy the grounding tester to make sure there is no cut in the cable. You will see the different believe me
