Not worth the money at all very flimsy the blue thing doesn't stay on and if you're a big person it just collapses I'm only 145 and it still collapses on me but the blue thing isn't even long enough it completely falls off it's not worth that price at all actually I don't even know if it's worth anything

Bought 2 of these one for myself and one for a trucker. Didn't think they would sturdy with plastic but surprisingly we're. They do help just a little hard to get up after when your hurting but doing it daily has helped.

I would give zero stars if I could. This cheap piece of plastic is junk. There was a piece of foam in the package that I thought was maybe supposed to stick to the middle for some cushion or something but it didn't have any adhesive on it. It also didn't fit the whole middle, it was a very thin little foam rectangle. The base and the back support piece were both thin, cheap plastic. Don't waste your money on this junk!

Small enough to put away, flexible and adjustable.Strong enough not to break and it does a good job stretching the back.

This thing did help me pop my back in a few places, so that’s worth something. However, the material is so flexible that I don’t see it working in any other position than the one I have it in. I am a fairly thin person and it still flexed significantly more than I expected. For the cost and use of space, I think a foam roller works just as well. Maybe it’s a little less comfortable, but it serves more than one purpose!

The product does not support the weight of anyone over 180lbs. The plastic is cheap, the foam strip doesn’t secure to anything, and the plastic bends super easily.

Easy to install and help very well. Better than chiropractor.

Comes in easy to open package. Easy to assemble. Not strong product, plastic doesn't hold shape well.
