In short, a delicious snack. At 68g these are a perfect size for an afternoon snack, or even pre early evening workout.Macadamia and White Chocolate is my favourite, it has a bit of a sweet taste but its not strong and certainly is easy to eat. I'm also fond of the chocolate chip flavour as well. Unlike some other bars, I don't feel I need to consume a lot of water with these as they have a soft, moist texture that is easily eaten.Buying off Amazon in bulk has saved me many trips (and some £) compared to getting them on the high street.
