I needed a replacement charging cup for my toothbrush so i ordered a new one and it works amazing just like the one that came with my toothbrush.

Fraud
This toothbrush charger did not work from day ONE. I want to return it, but missed the return date only because I was traveling and had several family emergencies. If this really came from Phillips Sonicare, stand behind your product and refund this product.

UPDATE: This Product Works as Promised. Seller Replaced without Charge or Hassle.
UPDATE: The first one I received was defective. The seller was very conscientious and followed up with me immediately. The seller set a replacement and it works perfectly. Every manufactuer has a defective product now and then, I happened to get that one. I would buy this product again from this seller.

Doesn't charge through the included glass cup
The induction charger works if you balance the toothbrush on the stand without the glass cup thats included. If you try placing the toothbrush inside the glass, it does not charge. Not a good substitute for the original.
