This actually works!
Have tried 5HTP, Tryptophan and many other natural products, including Ashwaghanda, Magnesium and Nytol. None really had any effect on sleep. This stuff, however, actually works!

Kept me awake!
Had the opposite effect: they made it more difficult to get to and stay asleep. Bizarre. Binning. Very dissapointed.

I have been taking this for over a week now. It does not help me sleep or provide me with a deep sleep. In fact, I’ve actually found myself taking longer to sleep. Don’t recommend and won’t buy again.

You need to be totally relaxed
To help me sleep better. Take half an hour before bed. Easy to swallow. Has helped me get back into a sleep pattern again.
