First time user.
Needed to stay away from chemical dyes and gave this a try, after avoiding chemical dyes for a few years I was getting rather grey esp at the front. Instructions were easy and after reading other reviews slightly edited to suit so I added enough warm water to make a thick paste and also let most of the wet dry out of my hair after washing. Using a thicker mix worked well and was easier and less messy than a runnier mix and after wrapping head/hair in clingfilm I left it for almost 3hrs before rinsing with water. I'm really pleased with the results, it covered the grey well but without being too much of a solid block coverage of colour leaving subtle colour changes which makes it look more natural. I'm 24hrs in so haven't washed it with shampoo yet and while it feels a little dry it's not bad and when I do wash it I'll do a coconut, shea, cocoa butter hair mask which shall soften and moisturise my hair. Really pleased, I used the light brown colour. Will use again.

Poor quality and result
The brown is basic indigo which is not good for covering grey and is not a stable colour base unless mixed with good quality henna. This is a bad product, I normally mix my own but was in a hurry. My other concern is there was no clear list of ingredients and they added etc. consumers have a right to know what is in the product.

Brill colour
I’m was afraid it will turn into black but result is very satisfying. Works well for getting rid off orangey colour. It didn’t last more than 3 weeks so had to reapply but it’s natural so I’m not bothered to apply more often. The composition is really easy to apply and not messy

A quality fine henna mix powder.
This henna mix comes in a resealable thick plastic pouch in various colours. Instructions on how to use this product are on the back. Mine came with a two-year best-before date.As I have gotten older, grey hair has started somewhat at the fringe and sides, and I've been using henna mixes like this for many years. Henna dye doesn't have harsh chemicals like some of the traditional hair dyes on the market; it's not much more difficult to prepare and doesn't dye the skin. It doesn't, however, last as long as regular hair dyes. I dye the fringe and sides every two weeks, and 100g of henna powder can last me up to two months. This powder is simple to mix; I usually put a couple of teaspoons in a dish and mix to the consistency a little thicker than honey. You must wash your hair and apply the finished mix with your fingers or a small brush. Leave on for between 1-2 hours and wash out. I usually wash the henna out with warm water only, and you can see the results starting to work, but it takes up to 48 hours to see the final result. This henna mixes well, and it coloured most of the grey and overall is a good dye without the harsh chemicals. It is only a semi-permanent dye, and I will have to go over it again in two weeks, but this is usual. I would purchase this herbal henna mix hair dye because it does everything I want.

Didn't like it
Arrived in time. The coverage wasn't great. You have to keep it in your hair for soooo long and become very cold. I didn't like the filling during the keeping and after too. I will not purchase again.

Colour difference as show on the package
It’s not true, it’s not cover darker colours. Hairs looks much healthier as before.

My first time with Henna - what an incredible result!
I have not dyed my hair in over ten years because I do not want to stress it and because I love my natural brown colour. It took me a long time to decide to enrich my colour with natural products like Henna, especially since you cannot remove it from the hair. Nonetheless, knowing the immense benefits of high-quality Henna powder for the hair and scalp, I ordered this powder, considering I have never used Henna before. It is worth noting from the beginning that to ensure efficient colouring; you should wash your hair the day before or wash and dry it before applying Henna. This is because you cannot use shampoo nor dry your hair with a dryer after rinsing it from your hair. Moreover, leaving your hair alone for two or three days after colouring is advised to ensure the Henna has enough time to penetrate the hair to the cuticle. With my long hair, I used half the quantity provided in a plastic container, adding warm water gradually until a thick paste was formed. Henna is renowned for staining; I used old towels and plastic chest covers, gloves, and ear covers.Furthermore, I had a plastic comb applicator bottle, and the stiff plastic comb was ideal for the Henna paste. I smothered my hair in Henna and covered it with a shower cap, leaving it wrapped for two hours. The paste smells intensely of dried plants and has a khaki colour. Rinsing the Henna was fun because it was a large quantity. However, I was shocked at the little mess I had made. Luckily, I applied Vaseline on my facial and hair contours; when I touched the skin, I could wipe it off immediately. After washing, my hair felt peculiar and heavy. Although the Henna powder contains other moisturising ingredients, such as Aloe Vera, my hair needed some hair Botox oil. I read that you must moisturise your hair after Henna as it might become slightly dry. I left my hair alone for three days, then I washed it and applied a moisturising mask. Afterwards, I applied hair serum, tonic, and two drops of oil.In the photos, my hair has been washed and dried after the three days. It is the softest it has been in a long time, with a phenomenal shine. The brown colour is splendid and natural; it has different reflections based on the light angle. If I knew Henna made my hair so beautiful and vibrant, I would have used it a while ago. I am delighted! I have half the pouch left to colour my hair again in approximately six weeks. I might just retouch my roots, depending on the condition of my hair. However, I do not intend to overdo it.
