One of the most interesting experiment I've ever done in my kitchen
I was very unsure when I decided to purchase it -I mean I was curious but I didn't know what to expect. What a surprise when I cooked a delicious doughnut cake. I am delighted with this Gas Oven, there is also a very nice and detailed manual and cookbook with it -but in Italian so I understand it might be disappointing for a non-Italian speaker. However, it's very easy to use and I am pretty sure there are many instructions online (this is how I found out about this item). It's in aluminium with a "heat-diffuser" which must be placed on the smallest hob (usually high heat for the very first minutes and then low heat for the rest of the cooking). I can only say that this way of cooking is a must try and that you might achieve incredible results -not forget you can also save electricity.

Lid screw doesn't fit
It's just a low price aluminum solution, not really a good 'Fornetto Versilia'. The proof is that the screw for the handle on the lid doesn't fit. There are 4 pieces in total, and one only screw! How could they not see that it doesn't fit???It doesn't even distribute the heat very uniformly, so it's not much of a use...
