I use this religiously every day at night in my bath before I go to bed and it works wonders. It calms my nervous system and body, makes me tired, and I literally get out of the bath and into my bed. I use half the recommended amount and pair it with a 1/2 cup of magnesium flakes. Total game changer and highly recommend.
