Seems like great quality material and design. Plenty of thought went into this. There is a hook on the inside of the zipper area to help hold the zipper closer together without needing a second person to help you. A friend of mine who is really into waist trainers also approved of this choice. I found that the 3x was too big on me. I was on the innermost hook and the adjustable shoulder straps were too long despite me being 5’9” with a long torso, and 180 lbs. i bought this because my old one was just wore down and too big. So this was best rated and tbh this is a good choice. im 5'3 at 200lbs. i choose an xxl i believe. fits wonderfull, y'all go buy it its so good.

Really love this waist trainer. I bought a medium and I’m 5’2 and 140lbs. I thought it didn’t fit but after wearing it for 3 days it got a bit easier. It was extremely uncomfortable to wear at first since it’s my first time wearing one. I’ve been using it for three weeks and I’ve gone down to the last hooks. It’s a nice waist trainer for the price. It helps support my back because I’m always slouching. When I wore it at work, my sweat never really went through the material. The only problem I have is the zipper quality. It feels very cheap. I thought it was going to break every time I put it on. Besides that I’m definitely going to a size small next.

Absolutely in love with this. I bought it so I could help my posture and it’s worked wonders. My back doesn’t hurt near as bad as it used to and it makes me look so snatched. I didn’t even expect it but I’ve already lost four pounds.

Does the job for sure! It was definitely breathable for me. I’m a plus size and it did not give me any issues. Back support. Helps with my posture. True to size.

I’ve read different reviews and there were mixed emotions about this product and some of the reviews had said to go with size down. I wish I hadn’t went a size down. Had to return going up a size. Please do not listen, everyone is different . Stick to your original size or go a size up if you’re buying this product..

I love this shape wear for underneath t shirts, work, the gym and cleaning at home. I used to use a lot of corsets to slim my waist over time and this product is my favorite. The shape wear has hook clasps and a zip up for extra compression. I do have a hang belly and it flattens and smooths it out on my short torso and snatches me up. The only concern is that it does scrunch up in the back with prolonged sitting and the straps are thick so it not adequate for certain pieces of clothing.
