Everything went really well. The quality seems to be really great. The only real issue was the long self tappers: they are stainless steel, which I have found to be too brittle to screw into metal frame members. I just used the basic zinc-plated self tappers from Home Depot. Other than that, I cut 4 in off of the female part of the upright. Since it's aluminum, it's nice that you don't have to worry about cutting the paint off and having it rust.

Crap, product crap hardware all the Wells broke. We had four of them going across the trailer. All the Wells broke almost not my ladders under the ground. I would not recommend at all.

Love this ! I bought for a friend to carry ladders on top of his van. Great product .Sturdy and safe !

Cheap bolts

Arrived on time and was easy to assemble .

Serves the purpose but the hardware is crap, and silver what the rest of the assembly is black. Also the welds are not square. I say all this to say if I could do it all over the racks look nice enough I would have just started with higher quality hardware.

I would give it a 10 if I could!!!Had it 3 days and an accident happened 😕 BUT it held like a CHAMP!!! ALL THE LADDERS &WALKBOARDS STAYED ON AND DIDN'T GO IN THE STREET.
