High Strength Vitamin B12 + D3 + K2 Patches - 90 Patches

I tried these vitamin patches for a boost in B12, D3, and K2, and they’re okay but not exceptional. The patches are easy to apply and stay in place, but I didn’t notice a significant difference in my energy levels or overall well-being. The effectiveness seems moderate, and the patches could be more comfortable. They offer a convenient way to get vitamins, but I might explore other supplements for better results.

I guess something made by a company called 'Generic' should have been a give away. Also if something seems too good to be true it probably is...I started using these patches and after a week or so could not understand how I came to be so tired. Finally put on some patches from a brand I used before and started to feel much better. When I looked on the internet for this company to try to get my money back they were nowhere to be found.

Don’t stick to your skin for the price would expected them to like hrt patch they stick good so that why 3 *

As somebody that takes alot of Vitamin tablets each day I thought that this might provide part of the solution that I needed.Consisting of 30 clear, square patches per pack...with 3 packs supplied per purchase.These once a day/day and a half time released patches.. are advertised to provide a multitude of essential vitamins through the skin including B12 and D3.Easy to peel from their packaging, these patches struggled to stick to my chosen area of skin from the initial get go.Upon checking the patch in order to change it I would frequently find it missing from my chosen area and would come across it stuck to either clothing, furniture or flooring a good few hours later.Unfortunately as the vitamins contained in each patch wasn't getting absorbed into my skin( or if they were, i dont know how long for)..I have had no choice but to give this item a two star review.

As someone who finds swallowing tablets especially chunky vitamins, uncomfortable, these patches appealed to me. I’ve never tried patches for any kind of medication or supplements before and didn’t know what to expect. These patches come in individual packs of 30 and they are a one a day patch. The patches are self adhesive and clear so they are discrete on the body. I put mine on my hip and so far I’ve had no trouble with them falling off, although my lifestyle is quite sedentary, so I don’t know how they’d perform on a more active person. Each patch is about an inch square and looks and feels like a thin bit of cellotape sitting on the skin.I’ve been using these for a couple of weeks now and I’ve got to be honest, I don’t feel much different but I appreciate supplements aren’t instantaneous cures, so I will continue to use these every day for the next few months and update then as to whether I feel they’ve been beneficial.

I've been using these patches for a few weeks now, and while I can't say I've noticed a dramatic change in energy levels, I do feel a bit more focused and alert. They're easy to apply and comfortable to wear. Time will tell if there are any long-term benefits.

My patches don’t even last the 12 hours, they come off before. Question the quality and I won’t be buying again as I feel I’m not getting my moneys worth nor am I benefitting from the patches.

After feeling really lethargic for the last few months I've been diagnosed with a B12 deficiency, and need injections. The injections don't start for 2 weeks yet, so I'm trying to get as much B12 in to me as I can by other methods.These patches are easy to peel and stick on, the adhesion isn't the strongest and they come off when I'm in the shower the following day. I've been using them a few days now and I've been feeling somewhat better, but I'm unsure if that's because of these patches, or the vitamins I'm taking, or a combination of the two.I'll keep using them til my first injection and will certainly keep hold of them for future use if I ever get deficiency symptoms again.
