Good quality
I got this for my brother. He needed something to WFH. At first I was wondering if it would have been too small, but he said it worked well. Connected to the internet, the battery was great so basically I got my money's worth. I mean a sweet deal is a sweet deal and we didnt lose at all.

Battery is draining quickly
I got this one as a good deal but I will need to replace the battery as it only lasts 30 minutes charged. What a shame. I feel scammed.

Nice refurb
Very nice refurbished condition. I work with so many laptops as Todd the Computer Guy, this is a very nice clean, zero cosmetic blemishes or wear marks. The super nice thing about this unit is it will take up to 32GB of RAM. The one star missing from 5 stars is the missing 3pronge cord was not included. Other than that, excellent buy for me!

False photo advertisement
The item itself is wonderful works brilliantly and nothing really eye catching except when you type the number 5 it takes about 2 clicks for it to register. I am disappointed with when I bought the computer the photos representing it showed that it came with a built in smart card reader and when I received it it didn’t meet the photo description.

False advertising
CPU is 1.7Ghz not 4.4Ghz. Ran extremely hot so had to replace thermal paste. Windows 11 tries to coerce you to create a microsoft account, but found a work around by backing to main menu repeatedly until stipulation is dropped.after replacing paste and changing battery config and turbo shut off in bios, running temp dropped from over 100 to normal.Had a good mind to return but price is low enough to make the deal acceptable.
