Does this unit make any audiable sound (such as a relay "click") when it detects movement and turns the LED lights on?

Can it be installed in a bath room where there will be water and moisture build up? does it have an ip rating? e.g. ip65

Have just bought a led lighting kit which has similar connectors. does this item just link between power unit and strip lights?

Can anyone please tell me why the lights remain on permanently? I have tried adjusting sensor and time delay dials as per instructions.
