the true ab challenge
bought these after watching a 70 year old man on youtube do an entire body rollout... I can easily do it on my knees and roll all the way out and back no problem, but I am building up to the full body one. damn hard. these are high quality and in no way feel cheap or like they will fall apart on me.

Exactly what I was looking for, but....
I wish the bearings were better, too be honest. That said, it does provide extra resistance for a workout. I'll update after using them for a while.

I always used to wonder if they made something like these. I used to have one of those single wheel ab rollers (that always hurt my shoulders) and one that assisted you with an internal spring. I thought if they would just make something like these it would distribute the weight of your upper body better and make it easier on bad shoulders and they do! I don't seem to need the assistance with this setup, it just works. It's very nice and I can already feel the difference. I would recommend these to anyone needing core training and not strong enough yet to do hanging knee raises. Hanging knee raises are what this exercise is mimicking, so it's a great way to build up your strength to do hanging knee raises. Even after I'm strong enough to do them I plan to keep using these just because they're so convenient and effective, plus you can get a real pump on your abs (it feels nice). I would recommend buying a really thick pad at a hardware store or on Amazon for your knees to be more comfortable.
