It’s a good product. It’s flexible, gives off a good amount of light, and allows you to change the color temperature and brightness. These kinds of COB LED strips are already pretty well diffused compared to other forms of strip lights. Though it can be just stuck to the wall straight out of the box, I’m personally going to rig something up to have such LED strips face upwards in my room, so that the light is even more diffused by bouncing off the ceiling. Personal preference. The cable on the power supply is quite long. The instructions come with a QR code link to download an app to control it. The link didn’t work, bit I just googled the name of the app and it came right up. Not sure, but it looks like it may be a third-party app. The app is in addition to the physical remote control it comes with, which requires two AAA batteries. The app lets you schedule up to 6 commands that can either be one-time or repeated on selected days of the week. The strip has a microphone that can hear and respond to sound/music, according to settings you can choose in the app. There are really only two things I would improve about this product. One is that the app could use some more development. Two is it would be nice if there was a 33 ft. kit that ran off of one power supply. Other than that, I say it is a great product.”

This cob bi-color led strip has very nice color quality and is very bright on its highest setting. It is easily the brightest led strip I’ve seen at this price point. It dims to 0 and any whole number percentage to 100. The light quality seems to be of high CRI and has no noticeable flicker. As a director of photography I wouldn’t hesitate to use these leds on set. The color temperature adjustment also has a very wide range from tungsten to daylight. The app works well and has good features and you can control multiple strips within the app. I did have an issue with the control unit and worked with customer support and they were very friendly and helpful and replaced the part I needed. They also followed up with me to make sure the new part was working well. Shipping was fast. All in all I’m very happy with the product, especially at this price. I’d definitely recommend buying from them.

This light strip is much better than the Wyze one it's replacing. I didn't want to need a smartphone app or even voice control to change my kitchen lights. Also I don't need 16 million colors and silly party/music modes; I just want warm or cool light, bright or dim, at the touch of a button, without picking up my smartphone, so this strip is perfect. The remote is so handy, allowing you to choose color temperature and brightness with a few presses. This thing gets way brighter than I need for my small kitchen; if you're using it for a larger space (e.g. a garage/workshop), it should be plenty. I will be able to see so much better while cooking versus my Wyze strip, which was dim enough that I needed to turn on overhead lights at times.The only downside is the adhesive. It's inconsistently applied. On some segments of the strip there was no adhesive at all, so I had to use my own. On the parts where there was adhesive, it seems weak. Oh well.

Really enjoying this LED light strip. It is really bright, lights up every corner with strong bright light. It is better quality than others I've owned. The responsiveness is impressive, it has some cool modes you can cycle through and different settings for the light type and intensity. I will look to buy more like this when I need more in my next room upgrade. Controller and adhesive also work well, no complaints.

These COB LED provide even lighting vs spots of light from indiviudal LED. Great for under cabinet lighting.Very flexible, easier to position than some of the regular strip LED. They have 3M adhesive tape on the back and if you prepare/clean the surface correctly they stick very well. Standard size barrel connector on the end so you don't have to search for the right size.I'm going to use these for under cabinet lights, they will be replacing 3 2ft LED lights over about 14ft. They are rated at the same temperature as these COB lights, but the COB lights are actually brighter and of course provide more even consistent light than the LED lights.

These COB LED strips put out pleasant and consistent light; much more so than standard LED strips. They provide even ambient lighting, which I needed in my garage where I mounted them. Since they are powered by 24v, they are quite bright. I will likely be adding a few more of these COB strips to illuminate the whole room. Very easy to install with the 24v power supply adapter that I bought separately from Gidealed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for consistent ambient room lighting and wants a stright forward On/Off LED strip without the need for a additional features.

These LEDs look great. Exactly what I was looking for. But there's no way they are going to last in the cabinet I added them to since the adhesive backing, which is 3M 300LSE, is terrible. I know these will be falling off by the end of the day. I'm pretty disappointed in just that one detail. Like I said, LEDs look great, but they won't stick to anything for very long.

I wanted to love these. I did when I first plugged them in! They’re the brightest most pleasing lights of this kind I’ve ever had and they’re really LONG! Covered more than we even needed. But then the next day I discovered that the lights don’t always turn on. I don’t know why. Though my spouse posited it’s because we have an old house with older outlets. Either way, sometimes the lights work, sometimes they don’t. I sent a message to the seller and they tried to imply it was user error. It is not (it’s correctly set up and there are batteries in the remote and the outlet works when I plug anything else into it). If you’re ok with needing to plug and unplug this a few times to get it to turn on, these are really nice looking lights. Just maybe not as a main light source.
