Nice but salty
Good but a bit salty. I find adding some plain flour to mix suits my taste and bums out the mix, I use 70g mix 30g plain flour

Bit of a disappointment really. Doesn't really taste of anything much. Maybe my expectations are set too high as I am looking for a replacement to Home Pride Coat and Cook Southern Fried which sadly has been discontinued.

Easy to use
This is very easy to use, put a couple of tablespoons of the mix in a bag drop in the chicken pieces shake it like a crazy thing and cook. Wouldn't say its like shop bought , actually my family prefer it. No chilli and not vast amounts of black pepper. Best flavour comes if left to rest for an hour or more before cooking.

the mixture was terrible, tasted awful, was like the chicken had been dipped in flour and water. A bad batch perhaps where someone had forgotten to add the seasoning.
