works well l would have liked a longer neck on the tap so you put a pot under it without tilting.

Leaked at Base - AVOID THIS
Purchased the Hot Water Urn from Lillyvale Ltd on 21 Oct 2022 and by mid Jan 2023 water was leaking around the base. Lillyvale Ltd would not replace the unit but asked me to return for it to be mended. The urn was returned after 7 weeks on 17 March 2023 and by end April 2023 was leaking again around the base. There was no evidence that the urn had been repaired at all and it was returned uncleaned and with our original finger marks on the outside of the urn. Very POOR service and problem not fixed. I would recommend avoiding this company. :-(
