Mediocre and poor service
The good news is that the joystick controller works. I can zoom in and out, and move the camera around with the joystick. However, the build quality feels cheap and the button layout is different than advertised. I find the operation manual almost useless; for instance, it doesn't list the buttons - tele, wide, near, far, close, open. I find the manual is difficult to understand; it doesn't list or describe the keyboard menu functions. When I received it, it made a beeping sound every time I pressed a key and the manual didn't specify how to turn the sound off. I contacted the seller over a month ago for the correct manual and I am still waiting for it to be emailed to me.
