Q: When configured for livestream does the camera restart the stream itself when power/network resumes from an outage?

Not had this happen but I suspect not.

Q: Is it poe? what i mean is : will it work without the power power adapter? i want to use only the ethernet cable to power it and stream the video.

sorry don't know we have it powered by mains power

Q: Can the remote pan/tilt the camera as well?

We have been using our FoMaKo PTZ camera in a church setting for several weeks now. We have been delighted with image quality and control of the camera. We use the handheld controller and can pan, tilt, zoom etc all from the controller. We have set up 6 presets using the controller and find these meet our needs with an occasional correction from the controller. We will not need any other costly controller. Note- the sensor for the controller is on the front of the camera, but we have found it works fairly well up to 90' on either side as long as controller is pointed at the camera
