I have no major complaints about this product really, it's as described and can be used for a wide range of uses beyond medical ones. I like using these affordable and easily cleaned trays for keeping small items and tools organised while working on model-kits, electronics and even 3D printer maintenance. They’re also great for using as a container for the messier jobs where you need to work with solvents, greases, or oils. It's nice not having to worry about the compatibility of the container, stainless steel is a very good all-rounder when it comes to chemical compatibility.It did arrive a little dirty right out of the grip-seal pouch but it was nothing that soap and a rinse with warm water couldn’t fix up. There were also a few minor cosmetic blemishes throughout the surface, but nothing that isn’t normal for a stamped sheet tray like this. The entire perimeter of the tray has a nicely rolled edge that removes any possible sharp edges up and out of the way.Of course, as you can see from the images I attached to my review I didn’t receive what anyone would call a pristine example, but for the asking price of £4.99 I'm more than happy with the tray.

This is a handy kidney-shaped dish that I will use for screws and little bits while working on one of my machines. I am forever putting screws in odd places and not finding them again when it comes to reassembly.For some unknown reason, Kidney-shaped dishes seem to be the professional's choice when dealing with tiny parts during some mechanical or light engineering task. Works for me.I like that it's simply stainless steel. I did not want a magnetic type as some of the electronic parts I have to tinker with would not take kindly to magnets. I don't want any rust either as my machines are sensitive precision instruments.So now I've finally got one of these dishes, I intend to keep it in pristine condition and handy for all those tiny screws and parts that need to be kept safe.Nothing not to like. It's perfect and deserves five full stars!

It's hard to know what to say about this dish/tray as it's so straightforward. It's pressed out of a single piece of stainless steel and is the traditional kidney shape, 215mm at it widest, 140mm at its narrowest and 25mm deep. Quality is good with all edges nicely finished. In the spirit of being excessively picky, it doesn't sit completely flat if you deliberately wobble it about but that's unnoticeable otherwise. It is certainly good enough for most people's needs.Obviously I'm not using it for surgical purposes, but it's an ideal fit for my requirement to keep various crafting tools and small parts together on my desk while I'm working on something.

I'm not sure whether I am going to use this for surgery or chemistry.Perhaps it is more likely it will be used to collect spills of chemicals such as paint or engine oils.Anyway, it is high quality stainless steel, shiny (at least it is now), and it can't be deformed with medium hand pressure.There is no wobble. Its stainless steel, so won't rust. Its not exactly huge, or tiny! Not overly thick or heavy gauge stainless, also not thin and flimsy.Obviously, its not magnetic and I wasn't expecting it to be. But that would be a nice touch - so look for another product if you need that. I wanted something to put my wheel bolts in when taking off car wheels - I usually chuck them on the ground and get stones sticking to the copper grease. This will do the trick.
