the item i received did NOT WORK properly and the seller did NOT WORK WITH ME to exchange damaged parts even after sending the video of the damaged parts

Fan does what it’s intended to do. Fans make Texas heat tolerable. A bit noisy but nothing a radio can’t overcome. I recommend you spray paint the blades and wire guards due to rusting.

Seemingly the same misting fan as another brand twice the price.Assembly instructions are not clear and the model I got shipped with a 3-part support the fan motor sits on...and that needs put together contrary to the included instructions.Also the listing said it would ship in 3 boxes but I only received two (due to the new multi-piece stand.) So I assumed I didn't have all of the boxes. Please update the listing to reflect two boxes.So far I have less than a day of use so no real quality feedback regarding use. I can say that for the oscillation feature to work, you must remove the screw at the back of the fan and put it in the other hole. You will see what I mean when you turn it on. If you want it to remain fixed, then put the screw back in the original location.Mist goes at least 30 feet away which was really surprising to me. Has a control knob for water output also and a switch to totally shut the pump off. 3 speed fan. Uses only one normal 110v plug to operate both the pump and the fan, which is nice. My advice is to use a GFCI since you are dealing with water here.Took about a month to ship from overseas since they don't stock any at Amazon's warehouse, but I would buy it again. Seems like a quality industrial/commercial product. Worth the wait.
