Keeps Me From Getting Too Sick
When it comes to fighting off colds and flus, I've always found that grapefruit seed extract is the very best for me of all of the immune fighters out there. Something about that little seed just gets into my system and acts like it's the Navy Seal of combatting illness. Easy to swallow and I've never had it cause me any sort of irritation. Not even the stomach burn that I can sometimes get from eating grapefruit or drinking its juice. The benefits Sounds Good
As i am new to taking this supplment i havr not noticed anything good or bad from taking it.If the information available about this supplement is correct it is something that will benefit overall health.But as far as anything noticable i have not experienced.
