So many uses!.. finds leaks too
amazing how well this shines through under UV light (UV torches available on Amazon for a few pounds).. first used it to check if rain drains were wrongly connected to septic tank, but also added it to coolant in car, and used a UV torch to find the leak that had evaded several pairs of eyes.. found the leak in seconds...

Smells like rancid vegetable oil, which I don't think is perfectly OK, but it does the dying job as supposed to. The recommended way to dilute it sounds like crazy, but it's true: a tiny amount does really dye an incredible amount of water. And it's fluorescent indeed, you can check it with a UV lamp, have just traces of it, and it will brigtly light up. I will definitely buy it again if I happen to run out of it. The picture I've attached shows my hand tainted with traces of the very diluted product under UV torch.
