Kind of dissapointing
The product shipped to me seemed to be a bit past its prime usage time. Porduct was kind of hard and dried out.

Madrigal is the ONLY product that can come close to the the real king which is Emmenthaler. Any product made in Wisconsin, US is just a poor pretender without the texture or taste. Jarlsberg has plastic like texture and woul be acceptable but is now terribly overpriced. Even some Germany products sold by Sprouts Market ( better than Boars'Head) Acceptible price is about a $13.00/ lb. Kroger private selection is a lightly yellow plastic, with expensive holes strategically placed on perimeter.I was buying true Emmenthal back in Prague since 1959 daily for 10:00 AM break for many years, so I should know..
