Kirby Thumb Grips for Nintendo Switch, Cute Switch OLED Button Caps Set

I'm a Kirby fan and, frankly, everyone should be. Not only is he the embodiment of cuteness, but he also epitomizes friendship and forgiveness. In fact, almost every enemy he's fought has become a friend or ally and he accepts them all without question - after they've mended their evil ways of course. Oh, and if they return the cake they stole from him originally!Anyway, this set it perfect for any fan of Kirby. Not only does it proudly display the warp star and invincibility lollipop. They fit specifically over the analog sticks and go on in an interesting way - you flip it inside out, place them on each stick and let it flip back over under it's own power, sort of like those old poppers. They fit snugly and are super-grippy. The star looks like it would be slippery, but it's actually easy to hold-on to. The lollipop is super-textured and it feels super-solid. I'll have no worries about my thumb slipping even during the sweatiest of sessions. Both are made of a nice feeling rubber that feels like it won't rub away easily.I am saving the star stickers for when I get a more fitting color-set of joycons, but I'm not sold on them. They're made of hard plastic, as opposed to the soft plastic/soft rubber of the analog grip/covers. Also, they do need mini-adhesives to stick on and, while you do get extra, you won't be able to transfer the stickers to multiple different joycons on a whim.Still, the analog covers are the stars of the show (no pun intended) and they are awesome. Any Kirby fan should grab a set of these and get to playing their favorite Kirby game!

The joystick covers do the job and stay on well, but the stars for the other buttons do not stay on with the adhesive provided. They started falling off with the next few days after affixing them, so I ended up just taking them all off. I will say the adhesive is easy to remove at least.

I've become a big fan of these little nubbins you can use to decorate and personalize your Switch controllers.These Kirby-themed nubbins are exactly what you'd expect - brightly colored, well formed, grippy silicone. The larger pieces fit easily over each joystick giving your thumbs a little more grip and traction. It also protects them from those dirty, sticky, jelly-stained hands that always seem to find the Switch.This is the first kit I got that has button covers as well and I was curious about how they were going to fit without popping off or interfering with the function of the button. Turns out that the kit comes with a sheet of double stick dots that adhere the cap to the button. The stick seems to be fairly solid, but I would highly recommend cleaning the buttons with an alcohol swab first to remove any dirt or finger grease. Without a good adhesion, the caps will easily pop off.I do like that it gives the buttons a slightly raised feel and a bit of a soft cushion on the press.Overall, it think these are a fun accessory that not only personalizes your controllers, but also adds a bit of function as well.

She put these on her Switch Lite, and loves them. From my experience, specifically the star buttons, they make it a little bit easier to hit the tiny buttons. Big hands don't have an easy time trying to hit the right buttons consistently, so having these raised a little and with a better feel for where your thumb is over either set of 4 buttons, I can be at least a little more competent at getting destroyed by her or by my son when playing Smash.Are these a necessary accessory? No, of course not, but do you want them because it's Kirby? Yes! You do have to get used to the caps and covers, but it's not a deal-breaker, and there are certainly worse things you could spend your hard-earned cash on for your kids (or yourself). Overall, I'll say four stars on this one. The smile when they see these is worth the price.

So this comes with 8 small stars grips (button covers), one large star grip, and a large lollipop grip. I was excited to get these as they are bright, fun grips. The little Kirby caps are made of soft silicone material which can protect the analog sticks from scratches and dirt, and they are very comfortable with a nice grip and they don’t interfere with gameplay. The little stars (button covers) do not fit around the buttons. I tried to press them on but realized you have to use the double-sided tape included to place the buttons over top of the original ones. The larger pieces fit easily over each joystick and snugly so they will not pop off. All the grips are pretty soft and feel good when using my controller. I recommend this product.

My daughter gave up and had her sister do it. Once they were on it was fine.
