Works pretty good
Think I'm feeling more energy after being low on iron for several years. I can make it thru my workout now without major fatigue. Have tried other forms of iron with no success. This doesn't bother my stomach at all. I take it between meals because I hear iron is best when taken alone, and not with any calcium. I will re-order this.

Working out great
My wife was diagnosed with an Anemia. This supplement has her back in the normal range for her Iron testing. It's only been a couple of months since her last blood test - So I really don't know how long it took her to get back to normal. There haven't been any side effects that I've been told about.

Best iron supplement
I have suffered from anemia for a while and this is the first iron supplement that I have found to actually absorb and not mess up my stomach. Such a win!

no after taste, easy to taste
they are easy to take- small silver tablets, no after taste. I tried these after I returned tablets made by nature's bounty 65 mg iron as those started dissolving the instant you put them in your mouth which was unpleasant. these DO NOT do that, and are much easier to take. no side effects for me.
