My home office got a great upgrade with this addition.

I searched Amazon for a couple of weeks to find something that would fit my Chromebook when working on my outdoor lounge chair.It is very well-made, stylish, comfortable and has a large desk space that fits my 17" device. I specifically wanted one with a handle and with a spot for my mouse and phone. This has all the features I wanted.I love this product and would buy the same again; although this is so well made, I don't anticipate that I will need another for many years.

I'm not sure why this product was so difficult to find, and buried within hundreds of lesser-quality search results. I waded through countless laptop desks, and bought and returned a couple, and almost concluded my search in disappointment. 😩 I stumbled across this one after hours of searching - it's the best I could find and almost ideal.The adjustable laptop surface is sturdy and well-designed, and held in place with strong magnets when collapsed to put in storage. The embedded black mousepad works well (it is a little narrow - the listed dimensions and specifications are accurate). The wrist cushion is decent - it would be nice to have a model that offered some high-end gel cushions; the current design has a high-density foam, which is moderately comfortable, but your wrists will start to hurt after hours of typing. The phone / tablet / notepad holder in the rear works as expected. The build quality seems top-notch (the bamboo is sanded and has a nice smooth finish). The foam cushion underneath is comfortable to have on your lap for extended periods. The width of the unit is ideal for 14" - 16" laptops (like a MacBook Pro or Windows Surface Laptop), and should work for people of an average size and weight. You can use this while sitting at a Table, on a Sofa, or on a Twin / Full / Queen Bed.⚠️ Be aware that for most laptops, you will only be able to utilize the first elevated position, because clamshell laptops only open up to about 110 - 120 degrees; if you angle / incline this lap desk's adjustable surface any further, then the laptop screen won't be perpendicular with your face.

Not too bad, the wrist pad could be annoying for some. I thought it would be more stiff though, I think it will wear down quickly. Worth it if you need a lap desk, but if you want to use your mouse (I don't) maybe look at something else

This lap desk is attractive, roomy and incredibly sturdy, without being bulky or awkward to use. The design is a perfectly comfortable fit, with a moveable platform for laptop, tablet, phone, book/magazine or writing surface. Platform is multi-positional via a metal "easel" base that locks into any of a number of slots in the wood base, leaving zero chance of slipping out of place. I chose the model with a built-in mousepad to the right that elminates a separate pad slipping around. There are slots for two other devices, or mail, pens, stamps, ruler, etc. The innovation, ease and convenience of this device is phenomenal, don't know how I managed without it!
