Does the job
I was skeptical about this product. I used it to be able to bring my baby swimming, it will definitely be my go to from now on.

Big fan!
Firstly, I’m already a big fan of menstrual cups and have been using them for over a year now. For anyone out there who’s not tried them yet, I really urge you to give it a go.They are incredibly comfortable to wear, you don’t actually feel it’s there, anymore than you would have felt a tampon. Inserting them and removing them is simple and painless. You can read lots of different suggested methods for this but ultimately you have to play around with them to get the best method for you and it took me about four period cycles before I got it just perfect for me. The basis is that you fold it in on itself, (they’re very soft and bendy) and then push it upwards into you where it then springs open to fit your ‘opening’. A gentle tug on the nobbly bit at the end of the tail ensures it’s in properly but I tend to give it a little twizzle round in a circle after that and gently run my finger around the perimeter to ensure its fully opened. Other women will do this differently. To remove, just pinch the base of it to break the seal it has made with you and gently pull out. It honestly is incredibly easy. This set has two sizes in it, one for normal flow and one for heavier flow. There is also a little collapsible container for sterilising them in.I have to confess, I don’t ever sterilise them, I just wash them in warm soapy water.Without going into too much detail, I don’t sterilise certain other things that go in there, so why do my cups need to be sterilised?Second confession, these cups are exactly like all my others, not better or not as good, the real reason I wanted this particular set was because they came with a really cute storage bag.All my others came with plain boring storage bags or lain plastic cases !!!!
