Q: Does this or the 6-cup version come with an infuser that can be removed once the tea is brewed?

Yes. There are two versions of these pots with slightly different shapes. This and its equivalent in 2 or 6 cups (the latter gets VERY heavy) have the infuser (stainless steel) that fits in the pot and the lid fits on top if it, too. And they don't drip. Very happy with the design.

Q: what is the capacity of the pot please? How many mugs does it hold?

We can get four mugs - love the pot with its filter, as we use loose tea. No drips either!

Q: can I make a half pot of tea for when there is only me?

You need to put enough water in the pot to cover the amount of loose tea you have put in the cage. That might turn out to be more than you need just for yourself as this pot is big! It's very heavy too. I've stopped using mine as I found it didn't pour well (the cage gets in the way of the spout) and was simply too big for 2 of us.

Q: Is it possible to get a replacement lid for the farmhouse infuser 4 cup tea pot? I have just broken mine but the rest of the pot is still perfect.

No replacement, I broke the lid on mine and phoned the company, they explained it was not policy to replace lids, because they could not guarantee the fit, I use an odd tea pot lid I found that is a similar shape.
