Definitely one to have, after using it for many time I would highly recommend this cold pressed juicer, helps to add more nutrients to our diet, the pulp that comes out dry and so easy to clean n superb gadget!! Very happy with this item!

I am so impressed with this juicer. I previously had a model from a known 'established' brand, costing three times as much which developed a fault which would be too costly to rectify. I looked around for better value alternatives and I found it in this AMZCHEF Cold Press Slow Juicer. It is very well designed using quality components, and is very easy to dismantle and put back together again. To be clear, my requirement for a juicer is based on health reasons within the family. I use this juicer every day, juicing mainly carrots, beetroot, celery, lemon, apple, ginger, and turmeric. The juices are rich and delicious. As well as our health benefits, using this juicer has been a fantastic way of introducing our little one to creating her own recipes, making sure she gets all the nutritional benefits from her 'super juice'. I have no hesitation in recommending this cold press slow juicer. It is fantastic, particulary at this price point.However, three months in, I recently broke the feed chute - I figure I'd been unnecessarily pushing the hard vegetables in too hard. This is mentioned in the manual, doh! I immediately emailed customer support and what I experienced was a wonderful support service. It was a weekend and I received an automated message that customer support was presently closed and I would be contacted on the monday. On the monday morning there it was, an email waiting for me in my inbox. I requested some replacement feed chutes, offering to pay for them. After giving customer support the requested and relevant information, they offered to replace, not only the feed chute and a spare, but the juicer itself. Throughout this process, the customer support agent was courteous, professional, considerate and understanding, going beyond my expectations. I've always thought, you can tell what a company is like, not just by it's products, but crucially by the quality of it's customer support. In this regard, AMZ Chef is truly first class and I deeply appreciate AMZCHEF for their attitude towards their customers.

My first juicer stopped working after 5 minutes of using it for the first time! However, Customer Service diagnosed the problem (a faulty switch) and sent me a new machine to replace it. They were very responsive and helpful and I have my new juicer up and running only 5 days after the original juicer was delivered.It is very straightforward to use and feels very sturdy. It's a shame that I can only juice in 10-minute batches (so it doesn't overheat) and that I can't put the dismantled parts it in the dishwasher. These are minor quibbles though, as I'm very happy with the quality of the juice. The machine extracts a high percentage of juice as the pellet residue is remarkably dry.Very pleased with my purchase after the initial blip, but very impressed with Customer Service.

I really like this juicer, it’s much more compact than my last one. I’ve made apple, carrot and cucumber juice twice already. It’s easy to assemble and dismantle for cleaning. Basically, you have to cut all Fruit & Veggies into small to medium sizes and it works so well. It's so easy to use that my kids enjoy using it too.

So far I like all in this item. Size is perfect, quiet, very easy to assemble.

Blades are not good enough to extract the juice. Big chunks of fruits or vegetables are sliced into the waste compartment. I only used it once and returning it immediately

I ve been using a juicer like This for years on my work place it s one of the first in the market and very very expensive i always wanted to buy one for home but prices were to high when i saw this I decided to give it a try since the prices is jut 1/4 of the originals made years ago and i can say it s AMAZING. And as a person working with fruits i can say this s a really different way to juice naturally.Price and quality are very good.Easy to clean.

I use daily and it works well, extracting all the juices. Easy to clean after use. Good price also.
