Best ankle weights and deal
These are great leg weights I use it for my son too for his PT. I use it as well for exercises and notices body improvement . Quick shipping and good service .

Great product.
These are exactly what you would expect and have plenty of weight unless you are super strong already. I am using them to work my quads without weight-bearing on my not so good knees.

Easy to Use
Easy to use different weight levels. Has little piece of fabric to make it easy to move the weights out of the holder. Velcro seal keeps the weights where you want them.

Very Nice
These are great for physical therapy. They are a little bulky but the weighted bags are easy to take out and put back in. I really like that there is only one velcro strap and it is wide and makes for a secure fit. I would buy this again.

Really well made adjustable ankle weights
These Sportneer ankle weights are well worth their price. I am doing Physical Therapy for my knee and wanted to reinforce the office visits with the exercises at home.These are 10 pounds and are adjustable. So you can start at one pound and move up to 10 pounds.The velcro straps are 24 inches long by 2 inches wide. The sewing is well done. The materials used are sturdy. This is not a "cheap" or poorly made product.I read a couple of reviews that complained about difficulty reinserting the one pound bag into its individual slot. The first couple of times was an "effort.'" Then I found a way that worked well and easily for me.I highly recommend these Sportneer adjustable ankle weights.

Easy to adjust weight
I love the fact that it is so easy to change the weight just by removing little sand bags. Not too bulky.

I like the old style better
It looks like the engineers got a little out of control with this design. :)* You can't remove one weight packet and have the rest of them be evenly spaced (i.e. with the middle pouch empty and a gap between the ends of the belt), because the middle one is permanently built in.* The flaps don't stay in place all that well, and they make the product a bit bulkier.* Finally, why is being shorter than the previous style advertised as a good thing? I'd rather have a product that's the same height but thinner.
