The chair that ended my search
After buying all sorts of $100 chairs that felt nice for 10 minutes in the store but killed me at home, I finally broke down and bought something that wasn't from Staples/Office Depo. This chair saved my back. Not only is my posture supported correctly by a firm seat for my daily work, but I can recline into a permanent zero-G like position for recreation; yes, you really can, and will, fall asleep in this thing.Downsides are minor. You will need to position the back cushion to your liking as you sit in it. I would argue this is what sets it apart in lumbar support from others in this category, and is a net positive. The thing is built great, with money well spend on the materials and stitching, but I have some decorative screw covers that keep falling off and I've stopped bothering (or caring). I once hoped that the wheels could be locked into position (it doesn't), but the chair is heavy enough that it won't budge easily. Armrests are the best armrests I've used, and that's saying a lot since I always take armrests off. These will stay; be aware they are plastic.Clutch Chairz has put out a great product. 5 stars given for finally finding a chair that didn't hurt me after 30 minutes of sitting. I've been using it for months now, and would highly recommend you spend the money if you are like me and need firm support. Make sure you get the right size; I'm a small guy, so Crank series for me. I bought off Amazon, but I've seen Frys Electronics carries them; try them out there if you are in doubt.

Sizing incorrect
The chair is very comfortable and extremely good quality compared to brands like Kinsal. The base is metal instead of plastic, the leather is thicker, and the foam is thick memory foam instead of stuffed cotton.I had to remove two stars from a 5 star product because I used their sizing guide on their website. In both height and weight I was recommended the "crank" size but it is too small as far as the base is concerned, it's like half of my legs are not on the chair if I use the supplied back support pillow, which is extremely disappointing. The terms for return or swap are not customer friendly, so I chose to keep it though I regret it now.Edit:After 15 months this chair has held up very well. I have a lot of friends with gamer chairs; the cheaper chairs have some kind of cotton padding on top of a wood base that eventually flattens out, and you end up sitting on wood. With this chair, it has a thick foam that is supported by bands at the bottom. Just noticing this difference had me come back and add a star.

Welds broke in 24 months
The media could not be loaded. Great initial quality and comfort, but at about 24 months the seat got wobbly at the air spring. Then last week at 32 months the welds broke completely throwing me backwards and smacking the back of my head on the floor. It's been a week since using the Clutch returns site, and haven't heard a peep from them. (https://usa.clutchchairz.com/pages/returns)I'm 42, and this was a daily-use office chair. Nothing rigorous. I'm at the top end of the chair's advertised ideal-weight range, and well below the max. I'm shorter, so wanted something dimensionally appropriate. If this were a low-priced chair, I'd just move on, but I researched and was expecting quality so as to avoid repeated purchases. By comparison, a similar office chair I bought in 1999 for $250 lasted 15 years with no breakage at all (Grahl).Clutch Chairz, Crank Series, Delta Black/White Gaming Chair (Black) = Garbage.

Most comfortable/durable, all around amazing, chair.
This chair is amazing. It is so comfortable for any duration. I have used it to game for hours, do homework, a place to sit and play guitar. Great for consol and pc gaming. I have sat in this chair leaned back for hours, sitting up straight for hours, I have even slept in it once or twice. All around the best chair I have ever sat in. It is mind blowing.

Great chair
It's a lot better than any chair I have bought. The sides by the leggs keep you in and are quite comfortable.

Very good gaming chair
Good chair for gaming. I debated going up one version for the additional arm adjustment but decided it could not be worth the extra money, and that was the right call I think. The chair is comfortable and adjusts well. Only complaint would be the design of the interface between the base and the support post as that leaves a slight wobble.
