The texture is just like sweeties and is easy to chew.The gummies have lemon balm and chamomile which help to relax the mind. B vitamins help to keep the body hydrated also so headaches should reduce as a result. I've been under a fair amount of stress from big changes at work and I think there are peaks and troughs with how effective these gummies have been for me. Some days are better and I feel more at ease but other days I feel like there's no effect.I think these are great but with any herbal remedy is going to vary in effects from person to person. Worth trying for light stress I think.
