Q: I love this concealer. Is there a way for me to see or know when I am close to running out?

I just love this concealer. I agree about not knowing when I am running out; however, I figure I can use daily and it will last about 4 months. Doesn't take much!

Q: Does it reduce under eye puffiness?

I don't have puffiness, so couldn't comment. Great for dark circles though!

Q: How do I apply this? The sponge tip does not yield any of the concealer---even when I press it against my skin under the eye or anywhere else.

I took the sponge tip off. It is a worthless applicator in my opinion. It can also harbor bacteria. It either puts out not enough product to use or too much. I twist the tube (at the top portion) and dispense a very small amount - a bit larger than a pinhead, dab a bit under each eye, and smooth it gently under my eyes with a finger. I can at least give my hands a good scrubbing before applying it.
