I have been using this case for a few months. My phone fell a few times and had no issues at all. The case protected the phone well. It looks good also. The cable can reach the charging port without issues. The only thing I noticed is that some dust can enter in the case somehow but this is not much. Overall I am happy with the case.

Easy to install and it fit my S23 Ultra perfectly! Feels very well made and I really like how the volume and power buttons feel very "clicky". It gives a very tactile button feedback where other cases I've used in the past have had more of a soft, mushy feeling making it feel like a struggle to simply press a button.The absolute best thing about this case is the kick stand. It has a very strong hinge that, so far, has yet to fail and stays securely clicked in place when not in use. I will come back in a couple of months to update on this if there is any change.The only negative comment I have as of now is that the polycarbonate on the back panel is prone to finger prints. But they are easily wiped away with a lens cloth or even just your shirt. So far it is very resistant to scratches but I will update on that later as well if needed.I've had this case for a couple of weeks now and so far, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that is interested.Best bang per buck case!

I used this case for two weeks because the Grip Case I preordered from dbrand wasn't ready in time for the S23 launch. The ESR is a solid case with a price that makes it a very good value. It appears thoughtfully designed with well-placed protection, although I might have preferred a padded back over a clear one. The kickstand is very sturdy compared to the flimsy plastic one that broke on my old S20 Ultra's Spigen Tough Armor case. The sides aren't slippery, although they aren't as grippy as the sides of the dbrand case.Wireless charging works perfectly, which I ended up using a lot, partially because I was wary of how the USB-C port cover puts upward pressure on the USB cord. The port cover bends open and naturally tries to close itself, but the USB cord blocks it. I suspect that over time this pressure could lead to slight bending and loosening of the USB-C port and cords. My S20 Ultra's USB-C port was fine without a cover for three years, so I think the port cover on this case is unnecessary unless you frequently get your phone really wet or dirty. I might have resorted to cutting the port cover off if I needed to plug it in regularly, but luckily the S23 Ultra is pretty battery efficient and can get by on wireless charging most of the time.Overall, I still think this is one of the best cases you can buy, and is certainly the best clear case with a kickstand.

Case went on easily, is lightweight and very see-through clear. Installed per directions on S22 including finger print sensor. I like the case but finger print only works half the time. Annoying. Customer service...none, nada, no response. I may still return it.Update: Did not hear from the seller so I replaced through Amazon. The fingerprint sensor responds 80-90% of the time. Great Amazon service. Seller not so much.Update#2: I updated too soon. It's been a few days and now the fingerprint sensor works maybe 5% of the time. Very annoying. Had to order a different set of screen protectors. Case is great...screen protector that comes with it..NOT SO MUCH.Update2: I did finally hear directly from the vendor customer support and was given the option for replacement or refund no questions asked. I opted for refund and it was processed to my CC the same day. I have changed my rating to 5 stars because the vendor did reach out (slowly) but expediently resolved the problem. I had already resolved the case problem with another solution. Their customer support did attempt to resolve the problem and they appeared to be genuinely interested in customer satisfaction with their products. I would not hesitate to try their products in the future should I need one.Update 3: I have to say, the customer service at this company has gone beyond what is expected. They reached out to me again after already having satisfied my issue and offered a replacement with the same product or a different case. I took them up on their offer and chose a different case. It was delivered within a week. The product was a clear case (shows off the samsung color) with kickstand and it fits my phone like a glove, is lightweight, looks great and cutouts are very precise. This company and their rep have managed to make me a loyal customer that will look to them first for a product when shopping to meet my needs. Thanks to Cher for your persistence and help. I've had this on my cell for over a year now, no complaints. I'm using it with some stick on rings. A coworker damaged my screen cover so I needed to replace just that part and ended up buying another so I could switch out the cover without needing to replace the rings. This time I purchased the option with both a set cover and an empty frame for my own cover.This case is durable, I drop my cell regularly. It's design is low key, not too flashy but showcases my phones color. Lightweight but sturdy feel. Fit perfectly. Installation the first time was confusing, I recommend the video. Second time around, since I knew what I was doing, it was super simple.

Bit of a learning curve putting this together. I had to ask for a 2nd screen protector to be sent because the fingerprint sensor got dirty and wouldn't recignize my prints. Fortunately, this company has excellent customer service and it was resolved quickly. It's a solid case, built in screen protection is great, good looking, quality materials. Highly recommend.
