It has been quite a long time since I bought this formula and I don't have any idea where it is manufactured if it does not state that on the bottle.

Q: What kind of safety seals? Does it have an inner seal over the bottle opening?

There is a shirk wrap safety seal on the outside of the bottle on the lid and a inner sealed for your protection safety seal.
