Mirabell Mozartkugeln 100

The box was a bit beat up but I don't need it for display. Inside they were soft and creamy and perfect. My family has loved these for decades and I love being able to still get them. It is the one Christmas treat I buy year after year. Love that they arrived in plenty of time for Christmas.

I remember the flavor of an authentic Austrian Mozartkugel fondly. There is marzipan and a hint of alcohol. There was nothing in the taste of the candy I received that suggested to me that I was eating a Mozartkugel. It could have been any medium-quality chocolate. Assuming that I received authentic Mirabell Mozartkugeln, then I purchased the wrong brand. We will not waste our calories on these Mozartkugeln.

Received these luxurious chocolates ahead of schedule, 15 Sep 2023, and in perfect condition. Have been ordering from this source for several years. The chocolates are always fresh and carefully packaged and double boxed. There is nothing like getting a box of 100 Mirabell Mozart chocolates! These are THE authentic delicious Mozartkugeln - I've loved the Mirabell chocolate balls for MANY, MANY years. in my opinion, Mirabell beats Reber hands-down!

FOR THAT PRICE, I EXPECTED SO MUCH MORE! WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! DON'T BE FOOLED; THINK TWICE. NOT EVERYTHING EXPENSIVE DELIVERS QUALITY.

This is my favorite Mozart Kugeln. It isn't available in the USA, I'm thankful amazon carries them! The flavor is excellent, with a smooth chocolate and marzipan and pistachio combination. They don't have a strong alcoholic flavor like the Reber kugeln products do. This is my favorite chocolate out there!! It does take several weeks to get them, as they are shipped from Europe. But they came in perfect condition.

There are only traces of marzipan !!!!

I had several different kinds of Mozartkugeln. Mirabell is the best tasting one. The original is Fürst, AFAIK only available in Salzburg. Mirabell tastes much better though. Now Reber is neither the best tasting nor the original.
