Good product very well built. Has keys and also if the batts go dead there is a usb port to power the combo lock. So no way you can lock yourself out of your stored keys....I really like this product.....A+

We have a key operated key lock box that we needed to replace. It always concerned me that it appeared to be rather easy to break into or pry off the wall. After doing a lot of product comparison research, we opted for the XDEER 45 key model. It was larger than we required, but appeared to be far superior in terms of features, security and durability. It arrived this week and I am very impressed. At 14.5 pounds, it's solid and rugged. The door, which secures with large steel bolts rather than a flimsy latch feels like a vault. This is truly a key SAFE, not a box. It mounts to the wall using 4 heavy cage steel bolt anchors. In our case, it will be mounted to a cinderblock wall eliminating any possibility of removal. We also like the option of using a key or combination lock to open the safe with backup to the latter using a USB cable if the batteries fail prior to replacement. The options to customize the interior layout of the keys through rack placement is also great affording us maximum organizational flexibility. We didn't realize that would be possible through the product description - a nice surprise bonus. I highly recommend this brand if you are looking for truly secure storage for your keys or small valuable items.

Overall great product, the only down side is the return key slot is very small, does not fit most car key fobs.

This lock box was perfect for securing the important items in our office (keys & documents). Having both a key and combination lock is nice for a double-check system. We asked building maintenance to install it on the office wall and figuring out the combination system was fairly easy.

Update 2:I have received the missing part and all is well at this time. I will say I was very surprised at the response time of the manufacture after the initial 48 hours after sending the first email. Their response was not once a day as with other companies, but instead I received 4 or 5 responses in a 24 hour period. Their shipping was good, didn't take 2 weeks to get the part as I expected. For their response time and communication along with the quality of the key box its self, I will change my review to a 5 star.Update 1:Manufacture has been in contact with me and said they will send the missing part. I was surprised at the speed of their response after my first reply to their email. I was expecting at best a reply daily, but I received 3 in one day. Once I receive the part I will change the rating of this review as I have received no tracking information at this time.Original Post:One of the long key holders was missing when I received this. Contacted the manufacturer, got the standard email back.. got your email it'll be 48 hours before you get a response from us. No response was ever sent. Let box is nice but support sucks! For this reason I would not buy this again. Will purposely end up sending it back and buying another brand.

I found the studs in the wall and put it up….wish I would have send this sooner. It is sturdy and holds the number of keys it says. I like because it is at least 6 or more numbers. It’s great. It is heavy, so be aware of this when putting on the wall. I put one screw in the wall first to stabilize it then used a 1 foot level to level it and then drilled the next pilot hole into the wood and then placed the second screw in. I had to drill 2 more holes in the back of the safe because my studs didn’t line up. Once I did that, I drilled the 2 pilot holes into the studs and with a battery drill, I drove the 3 inch screws into the walls. I like the drop a used key slot

I bought this safe since I own a car rental and I carry many keys. I have other safes since I divide them for car types etc …. This is THE BEST SAFE EVER. Not only the big car keys enter, but they are separated between each other so when you take one the others doesn’t fall ( happens in the other safes).Also the biometric feature is fantastic.Is totally worth the money. I wouldn’t buy any other safe than this one.
