Good product
I ordered for my tortoise tank. The heat bulb did go out in less than a month. I contacted the seller and was advised it should last longer than that. I received a new bulb in 2 days. Great customer service. I will purchase again when the time comes.

Working after over a year and a half of use
I ordered this product over a year ago, I got it in April of 2010, and it is now November 2012. My RES basks under it daily. Never had a problem with this bulb, pretty sure it should have burned out a while ago, but still going strong. *knock on wood* Buy it! It's a bulb after all, how many times do you buy a bulb that burns out super quick?

Better price then any other store
I bought this Heat/VUB combo set for my girlfriends moms iguana. The UVB bulb is extremely bright and very long so you would either need a deep doom fixture or a terrarium hood because a regular fixture would not be able to cover the full size of the UVB bulb. I have to say this is a extremely good price for the combo set. Compares to petsmart and other stores you save around $15.77 for this combo set. Also inside it has a coupon for a future purchase.
