Delivered next day. Brilliant, all I had to do was put batteries in. No fuss. Worked straight away.

Worked perfectly out of the box as expected. Identical to the original and in fact even better because the click from the silver ring is now very muted and not annoying like the original was. I put up with a faulty remote because I thought these replacements were expensive but now I know that for the quality of the product and how much happier I am having a fully working remote they are worth every penny. Very happy customer.

The Humax 2000T is a brilliant recorder and its accompanying remote control has all the buttons exactly where you want them. This somehow got to me in under 24 hours using standard delivery - four or five days ahead of its predicted arrival time!Most Humax owners will know that in spite of its excellent design, the reliability of the remote control is questionable, so I will be giving those buttons the kid glove treatment. However, it's wonderful to have them all working again, especially being able to skip those annoying ad breaks with just four or five presses of a button. Since getting the Humax recorder I hardly ever watch anything live on the commercial channels, always relishing the ability to skip the ads in an instant. I have only awarded it four stars because of its unknown longevity, otherwise it would have been five all round.

Perfect remote for my TV. arrived quickly and nicely wrapped. Note that this new one doesn't have the button for the 'recordings' on it like my old one did but no worries, when you first turn the telly you can see a list (which has always been there) with recordings, easy!

For too long, I have been struggling to operate the FF/RW & PLAY/PAUSE functions from the remote for my (quite old) Humax Freeview recorder. Sometimes they worked, often they needed multiple presses before anything happened. On the off chance, I decided, as a first step, to look at replacing the remote, rather than the more expensive option of buying a new PVR. Given that mine dated from the early days of Freeview, I was surprised to find you can still get a brand new remote with the identical model number. After reading the reviews for it, where several people had tried cheaper clone remotes, which proved a false economy, I ordered this one. It is absolutely the genuine article. I moved the batteries from the old remote to the new one, and it worked perfectly first time. No more muttered curses, and peace is restored to watching recorded TV programmes.
