I've read the old reviews for this product and I can say that they have listened and changed I received 5 boxes and they were all in a cardboard box well packed! arrived in the time scale and are good for what I use them for, but they are a bit flimsy. wouldn't be suitable to be rammed with A4 sheet! I have bought 3 lots of these and will be buying more!

Good sturdy box file

Cheapest box files on Amazon, and that's obvoius when they arrived. Weird-borderline-useless latch mechanism on them that's both difficult to open and close, yet also somehow manages to be equally likely to fail to stay closed when the box gets picked up. The top and bottom are actually nasty thin black plastic, but with a very thick surround which looks ugly. I wouldn't buy these again, but at £12.50 for five, it's definitely a case of getting what you paid for. I'll use these for archival purposes where I don't need to open the box very often.

Great price and good durability - you should never expected a cardboard box file to be too strong but this should fare better than most as it has plastic sides and edge strips.

2 of the boxes had a small tear on the spine. I had seen other reviews of this nature, but took the risk as the price was good. Overall okay.

The box files arrived in perfect order and within the timescale promised. They are excellent for use in our home office and well priced. I would have no hesitation in using Amazon again.

You ought to ban this Company from doing any transactions. I paid this Company over £40.00 to send meten box files. They sent me two box files only and both these we damaged and unfit for purpose. Ireceived the parcel in France and cost me £24.00 euros to repack the big box they came in and send backthe complete package.
