This cat wheel is completely amazing. My cat has had a plastic wheel for years, but it needed to be repaired or replaced. After looking at all the offerings on Amazon, I got this one - and I am SO glad!! It's such a great cat wheel, I don't even know where to start, so I'm just going to list everything about it that I find important.- Purchased Jan. 28, delivered Feb. 1, way ahead of estimated delivery date! Good job, seller!- This wheel is VERY solidly built and extremely sturdy! No wobbling, just very smooth rolling. The old plastic wheel wobbled and shook; this one does not.- The design quality is extremely well thought out and well engineered. There are even tiny stabilization rollers that keep the wheel exactly centered and rolling smoothly and quietly and not rubbing on the base. There are pins you can put in if you need the wheel to be unable to roll. There are storage holes for those pins when not using them. The base has slots for handles for easy carrying.- The "rings" of the cat wheel that support the running track are each one solid piece. It means that the shipping box is large, but the benefit is that being one solid piece each, the rings don't have brackets that would make it louder. Both rings are just one solid, smooth surface to roll on the rollers.- Extremely silent! Whisper-quiet! I did not expect it to be this silent; the old plastic wheel we had was VERY loud in comparison.- Assembly, for me, alone, was not difficult, thanks to the star cat wheel video on Youtube. Watch the video prior to assembly; the IKEA-style instruction book is helpful, but the video is really great. Assembly will be easier and faster for two people.- Materials: the birch plywood used for this cat wheel is VERY high quality! I did not expect that, to be honest. I am very impressed both by the sturdiness of the plywood, and the super smooth finish on it.- The fish-tube is a very cute idea. I think for most people, it would be great. For me & my cat, I think it's probably not beneficial. If there were an option without the tube, I probably would have selected that. However, it IS very cute, and the way it functions is really interesting. The fish even moves "fishily" as it rubs in the tube. For most people, it will be a bonus. For me, I may remove it and use a different carpet (actually yoga mat) at some point in the future.- The carpet is pretty good quality. It seems like it will be easy to clean, and it looks quite nice.- The large diameter is really necessary for my cat. The wide track is wonderful; my cat will walk for hours some days, and the old plastic cat wheel was much narrower and had no "lip", so she would sometimes step off the edge accidentally. I don't see that happening with this one.I really love pretty much everything about this cat wheel, and the best part is that my cat really loves it, too. I am genuinely impressed with it, and VERY glad I got it.

Folks, this is the cat wheel to buy; it makes the other cat wheels I considered seem cheap and dangerous by comparison. This thing is a dream to build - the instructions are not only clear, but also cute and fun. The wooden wheel pieces are beautifully engineered, fit perfectly, and feel very sturdy. The wheel is big enough for two cats (mine are 8lbs & 16lbs) to comfortably fit inside at the same time. Training the cats to use the wheel was surprisingly easy - after just a few sessions of bribing them into walking slowly with treats, they were eager to jump in by themselves to chase the fish in the tube (very cute). It's been about a month now and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the wheel - the action is smooth, it's very quiet, and I have no doubt that it will last a very long time. Just seeing my sweet kitty be able to run and sprint in ways that an apartment could never accommodate is worth the cost.

The media could not be loaded. This cat wheel is AMAZING! My cats absolutely LOVE it, even my youngest kitty who was scared by the noise of the prior cat wheel I had for them by OFC. The fish in the water tube is a BRILLIANT design feature; my cats started using the wheel on their own because of it, whereas the prior wheel I had I had to train them with treats (you'll see in the videos they keep stopping and cry at me for their rewards because of this, lol). It is SUPER quiet, excellent design, stylish, high quality, and very sturdy. I am also so happy that Star Cat Wheel went with a neutral color choice so it blends well with my furnishings and decor, rather than being an eye sore (I wish more pet product teams would consider this!). They really thought of everything in terms of making it easy to assemble by providing a numbering system on each piece so you can match them, and even have indicators on where to place the Velcro! It was very easy to assemble by watching the assembly video, which you can get to by scanning the QR code on the assembly manual (I am a 45-year-old female, and I did it by myself in about two hours). This was a bit pricy but trust me, it is WELL worth it! BEST investment I've made for their enjoyment and exercise!

This wheel is amazing! it's easy to build with a step by step YouTube video (English) provided via QR code in the instruction manual that is easy to understand and follow. They also have a hotline if you speak Korean. It's high quality and silent. It looks pretty. Both my cats love it and use it together and alone. Bonus! It's fun for Humans too use to play with their cats as well.
