My partner and I lived for six years in the middle east and we became accustomed to the best olive oils in the world - this is the best we've found that is easily available and affordable in the UK.It's a wonderful olive oil. Flavorful but not overwhelming - mildly peppery as good olive oil should be. Not bitter at all. Great for cooking - we use it in everything from homemade bread to salads to everyday cooking oil.Pro tip: get a good sized fish fillet (haddock works great), dip it in this oil, dust it with a mix of flour, salt, and dill, and bake it. Unbeatable.
