Good product and purifies water well. One thing is that the delivery associate asked to install an extra filter, which we got installed. However, we later realized that the manual and the box both state that no additional filter is required to be installed with the purifier. Hence reducing 1 star in the rating.

Not a customer friendly product and customer service is the worst
Not a customer friendly product and customer service is the worst. I purchased the Livpure RO seeing all good good ads but did not realize that ad is not a customer review. The RO worked for few months and started giving me issues. It stops working and you have to go over customer care call-follow ups and ticket closure without issue resolution.
