Doesn’t always fix the problem
There seems to be no way to know if the module is the problem with the scooter not working. We replaced mine with this new one and it still doesn’t run. Easy to install and fit nicely.

Scooter booster.
I have an E300 and approximately doubled the range by adding 2 more batteries, (now has 4 x 9AH) wired in series/parallel. I'm not interested in higher speed, and it's still 24 volts running the original 250 watt motor. I only wanted range. But there are rare times, like going uphill against a breeze, when I'd like a little power boost. My plan is to install a hub-motor in front. Something small, like 150 watts. And this controller will run it in an independent circuit. When I want it, press the boost-button.There is plenty of battery power available, but the E300 controller is rated at just 250W, 350 for short periods. I wouldn't ask it to drive two motors. That's why I got this controller. I'm still collecting parts, and searching for the perfect hub motor... I'll report back when it's done.
